Digital Products (Ui/UX Courses):
Since this is a digital course and instant access is provided, refunds will generally not be provided once the course access is activated.
However, refunds may be considered under special circumstances such as:
– Duplicate payment
– Technical issues from our side preventing access
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by emailing us with payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Future Physical Products:
For physical products (if introduced in the future), refund and return terms will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
